We’re seeking an experienced AI Agent expert to help us implement automation within our e-commerce operations. The goal is to reduce manual work and increase efficiency using intelligent agents.

Tasks may include:
– Automating customer service emails (returns, shipping updates, FAQs, etc.)
– Setting up AI agents for order forwarding to suppliers
– Connecting systems like Shopify, Gmail, and Slack via AI workflows
– Identifying additional automation opportunities across our tech stack

What we're looking for:
– Proven experience building and deploying AI agents or automations
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
