We're looking for a small, capable agency to help us with UI/UX design and to migrate our existing WordPress site to a new platform. The site supports a long-standing hobby community of around 10–15 passionate contributors who create in-depth car reviews. We've been around for over 15 years, and this will be our third major website update. The community might be small in number, but it's big in spirit—and we're excited to give the site a fresh new look and better functionality. Fundamentally, website has articles, pictures and some movies hosted on a dedicated server.

Summary of this project:

1. Interviews about the mission/vision of the site (2 to 3h max);
2. Review of the actual features and content we have (1h);
3. Based on the 3 or 4 mockup we did with Balsamiq, we want to discuss new features and options (your feedback and experience is also welcome);
4. As we are a small community, you must propose 2 designs/styles in order for us to select the best one;
5. Development and release on a beta site (our infrastructure supports it);
6. Bug fix, last adjustments;

You need to be located within plus or minus GMT 2h (wide Europe basically). Interviews should be done by video/call and rest done by messages. Languages supported: EN and FR.
