We seek a skilled Core Blockchain Protocol Developer with extensive experience in Golang and Solidity to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptographic principles, and distributed systems. As a Core Blockchain Protocol Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a PoS-based, EMV-compatible, L1 blockchain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Architect, design, and implement core blockchain protocol and smart contracts Golang  and Solidity
- Develop libraries, SDKs, API collections and other developer tools as needed
- Develop core blockchain protocol from scratch and work on the existing technology as well
- Develop the architecture of the protocol and other dApps built on the blockchain
- Implement and optimize smart contracts.
- Develop and maintain decentralized applications (DApps).
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, and testnets to validate blockchain protocol implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and implement innovative solutions.
- Optimize the performance of blockchain nodes and networks, including transaction throughput, latency, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex blockchain issues.
- Ensure the security and scalability of blockchain infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
- Implement robust security measures to protect against common blockchain vulnerabilities and attacks, including Sybil attacks, DDoS, etc.

- Setting up nodes and running node operations

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ years of professional experience as a Blockchain Developer
   - Proficient in Golang  and Solidity with extensive experience in core protocol development
   - Extensive experience with EVM chains and PoS consensus
   - Proficient in writing and deploying smart contracts using
   - Solidity or other smart contract languages.
   - Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, including public-key cryptography, hashing algorithms, and digital signatures.
   - In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, peer-to-peer networks, and decentralized protocols.
   - Proficient with Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
   - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools for blockchain applications.
   - Experience with TDD
   - Understanding of blockchain security principles and best practices, including secure coding and vulnerability assessment.
   - Deep understanding on decentralization and security
   Preferability, the developer should have worked on AWS
