We’re looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer who knows how to create eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks. If you understand YouTube CTR and click psychology, this is for you!

We're not looking for a designer - we're looking for someone that understands what makes an audience click and also provides ideas, direction & suggestions based on the ideation + packaging

About the channel:

There are multiple - We will provide you idea + title and you will conduct deep research and come up with several thumbnail designs based on the topic. (i.e. info-based business, serviced-based, business bizopp, consultants, coaches) or what I want to talk about in the video,

-Conduct deep research to ensure factual accuracy and up-to-date yt thumbnail designs (in these industries - info-based business online, serviced-based busineses, bizopp type creators, consultants, coaches) uncover new ideas

It will be for channels in the (e.g. info-based business, serviced-based, business bizopp, consultants, coaches industry)

Requirements:
-Experience creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails
-Strong understanding of YouTube CTR and click psychology
-Fast and efficient without sacrificing quality
-Good communicator who takes feedback well

Job Scope:
-Design 4 thumbnails per video (A/B testing) - these are not similar but different
-Deliver at least 6 thumbnails per week (up to 12 max)
-Use tools like Test My Thumbnails to compare performance
-Follow the a testing system or if u'll use a similar testing that we have
-Make adjustments based on performance and feedback

Your main responsibilities will include:
-Develop compelling video packaging concepts (title + thumbnail)
-Design eye-catching thumbnails tailored for performance
- Turnaround 24 - 48 hours
-Analyze and optimize video results through A/B testing of thumbnails
-Stay up to date with the latest trends in thumbnail design and viewer behavior

Payment will be $25 per video thumbnail (i.e. 4 different styles n angles or variations of the thumbnail based on the idea and then the intro & title of the long-form content) x4 videos/month

Skills & work:
-Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required - info or serviced based businesses)
-Strong knowledge of visual storytelling and how to communicate ideas quickly and clearly through imagery
-Excellent skills in Photoshop
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Quiet work environment: a dedicated room where you can work without distractions
-Reliable computer suitable for graphic design work
-High attention to detail and strong communication skills
-Excellent English skills
