WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own one complete video per month to start (cadence may increase once performance improves).

- First assignment: “Learn 10 Photography Composition Techniques in JUST 10 Minutes” (runtime ≈ 10 min). Future videos may be shorter or longer.

- Handle everything from concept and scripting to shooting, on‑camera hosting, editing, and briefing our designer on a click‑worthy thumbnail (you’ll supply hero photos).

- Build suspenseful story arcs, smart pacing, and hooks that keep viewers glued to the screen.

- Collaborate with our YouTube strategist, who provides fresh topics every cycle.

YOU MIGHT BE THE ONE IF

- You’re a photographer, videographer, and confident on‑camera host.

- Storytelling and educating is second nature—you know how to tease payoffs, create tension, and maximize watch‑time.

- You care more about making standout content than chasing the biggest paycheck (compensation is competitive and scales with experience and video length).

- Lighting, audio, and b‑roll aren’t buzzwords—they’re instincts.

- Record a short “viral‑style” intro video pitching yourself.
