We’re looking for a creative, reliable video editor who specializes in Instagram Reels-style talking-head videos. You’ll be working closely with me to produce value-driven content where I share personal business experiences, actionable insights, and lessons learned—all aimed at promoting my software platform, Replyblue (AI-powered texting sales platform).
This role is fast-paced: we aim to push out 2–3 (or more) videos per week, and we have a rigorous system in place to keep everything on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit talking-head videos in a modern, engaging Reels style (see examples attached)
• Add professional color grading, fonts, and presets to make videos polished and scroll-stopping
• Follow a content calendar schedule and manage deliverables using Notion (for tracking + workflow)
• Communicate clearly and meet weekly deadlines
• Be online and responsive during U.S. Eastern Time hours (non-negotiable)

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing Instagram Reels (must be showcased in your getlancers portfolio)
• Strong skills in DaVinci Resolve (non-DaVinci users will not be considered)
• Familiarity with color grading, typography, and creating modern social media looks
• Comfortable working with a content calendar + Notion
• Available weekly during U.S. Eastern Time zone hours
• Strong communication and responsiveness—this is a must!

Bonus (not required but a plus):
• Understanding of SaaS, tech, or marketing content
• Experience repurposing video for other platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

$10 per video (rate depends on experience + quality)
